- Led the Company from the start to nearly $100 million in revenues and 81 hotels in 18 states.

- Started the Company with only one employee to over 2,500 nationwide.

- Developed nearly 100 new construction hotels.

- Organized a management team to operate nearly 100 hotels nationwide.

- Negotiated nearly 50 joint venture projects for development and acquisition of hotels.

- Negotiated a $20 million construction and end financing line with GE Capital at rates significantly below the average hotel lending rate in the US.
According to GE Capital, we were the only hotel new construction financing that GE has committed.

- Negotiated the sale of the AmeriHost Inn name and franchising rights to Cendant Corporation. This one transaction has the potential to be worth several times more than the present market cap of the Company.

- - Sold 23 hotels in the past 30 months at an average cap rate of 7.94%

- - Completed a sale-leaseback of 30 hotels to a REIT for $73 million to unlock significant cash and earnings to the Company.

- - Negotiated the acquisition and completely renovated a 55,000 square foot office building as the Company’s headquarters, significantly reducing our “rent” expense.

- - Created, developed and built the AmeriHost Inn hotel brand into a nationally recognized mid-market hotel brand.

- - Outpaced all other major hotel companies and led the entire hotel industry with RevPar increases with the AmeriHost Inn hotel brand during the past five years as president of Arlington Hospitality, Inc..

MPH HOTELS, INC.

MPH Hotels, Inc. was formed in early 2003 to develop, manage and sell limited service hotels throughout the United States. It’s sole shareholder, Michael P. Holtz, has developed over 125 hotels in the US over the past ten years as president and CEO of Arlington Hospitality, Inc. As president, Mr. Holtz was responsible for the creation and growth of the AmeriHost Inn hotel brand. During his tenure with Arlington, he developed nearly 100 AmeriHost Inn hotels. As president of MPH Hotels, Inc., Mr. Holtz was responsible for the development/acquisition of 15 hotels over the past five years.

MPH Hotels, Inc. strategy is simple: Develop limited service hotels, typically 70 to 120 rooms in secondary markets; operate these for a period of time; then sell the hotel and realize the potential gain for the investors. There is a tremendous opportunity for growth as the tertiary markets continue to grow throughout the country as the need for quality lodging in these markets expands. Since its inception, MPH Hotels, Inc. has developed/acquired and/or constructed 15 hotels in six states.
